Delete your ZeuxDrive account
Delete it in the app in a few seconds, or ask us by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open ZeuxDrive and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your ZeuxDrive account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile, email address, phone number, sign-in details, vehicles, trips, location history, stories, likes, convoys you created, chats, sales listings, requests, feedback, reports, blocks, and the photos and files you uploaded.
What is kept
Past SOS and road-safety reports are kept with your name and contact details removed, because other drivers and the safety history depend on them. Copies in our backups disappear as the backups expire, within 35 days.
